Ether oils can be used in different ways (baths, inhalations, compresses, massage, aromatic space fresheners etc.) Usage
• • Massage: pour 20 – 30 drops in 50 ml of neutral oil (almond, olive, cantarion, marigold, wheat sprouts oil) • Bath: Pour 20 drops in 50 l of water for bath • For rinsing mouth: pour 2 – 5 drops in a glass of warm water • Inhalation: Pour 5 – 10 drops in 1 l of boiling hot water • Aromatization of rooms by aromatic lamp KEEPING: Store in a dark and cold place.
